Know Your Market
Research, research, and research. Research on your market, research on your competitors, and find out what price they are marketed for their product or service. Do not forget to try talking to your primary target, find out if they would be interested in what you sell, and whether they are willing to pay for what you offer.

Your Success Plan
To obtain approval from a bank loan, you will need a business plan-or at least come with a purpose and mission. Make sure you already know what you want to achieve in the next few years and how you want to achieve.
