A. Flawless credit
When starting a business, your finances should be in good condition. You do not need to have a great value of business asset, because you can get the business asset from a bank. The important thing is when the bank surveying your finances, make sure you’re not in debt. Such as credit card debt. Your business will not successful if your financial situation is still messy. And if you have not been able to pay all of your debts, that means you are not ready yet to open a business.

2. Experience
If you are considering to make a change in career, try working with someone who is doing what your dreams. The job should not be full-time, could be just a few days a week. Because the purpose of part-time job is just to study the situation before you make a career leap. The way is, make a journal about what you experienced during the day, good or bad. To obtain approval from a bank loan, you will need a business plan-or at least come with a purpose and mission. Make sure you already know what you want to achieve in the next few years and how you want to achieve.
