I think everyone agreed that the best way to improve your credit score is to pay the debt bills on time and to keep it that way. Be sure you pay off all your existing debts to improve your payment history as well. Considering new lines of credit is also a good way to develop a new credit history, and paying them off would obviously provide you better parameters though.
